The Simtek STK18TA8 bines a 1 Mbit nonvolatile static RAM and a full-featured real-time clock, in a reliable, monolithic integrated circuit. A Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) makes system integration simple. The embedded nonvolatile elements TM incorporate Simtek’s QuantumTrap technology producing the world’s most reliable nonvolatile memory.
