The H5TC4G63CFR-xxR is the IDD6 reduced version of 4Gb DDR3L. SK hynix DDR3L-RS SDRAM provides backward patibility, with 1.35V DDR3 based environment without any change. (please refer to the SPD information for datails.) Device.
