This 650V 50A diode is a high voltage Schottky rectifier that has very low total conduction losses and very stable switching characteristics over temperature extremes.

The S3D50065D1/S3D50065G/S3D50065H are ideal for energy sensitive, high frequency applications in challenging environments.
