General Description
The SST39SF512 are CMOS Multi-Purpose Flash (MPF) manufactured with SST’s proprietary, high performance CMOS SuperFlash technology.
The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunneling injector attain better reliability and manufacturability compared with alternate approaches.
