SST55LC100 Description
The SST55LC100 pactFlash Card Controller is the heart of a high-performance, flash media-based pactFlash card solution. The SST55LC100 recognizes the control, address, and data signals on the pactFlash bus and translates them into memory accesses to the standard NAND-type flash media. The SST55LC100 device supports the Single Level Cell (SLC) media only.
