WIDE NEGATIVE FIRING VOLTAGE RANGE : VMGL = -80V max. LOW DYNAMIC SWITCHING VOLTAGES : VFP and V DGL. LOW GATE TRIGGERING CURRENT : IGT = 5mA max. PEAK PULSE CURRENT : IPP = 30A for 10/1000µs surge.
