LIS352AX Description
The LIS352AX is the new small size, low-power three-axis linear accelerometer that includes a sensing element and an IC interface able to provide an absolute analog signal to the external world. The IC interface is manufactured using a CMOS process that allows high level of integration to Table 1. 14 This is preliminary information on a new product now in development or undergoing evaluation.
