The M54/74HC7240, HC7241 and HC7244 are high speed CMOS OCTAL BUS BUFFERs fabricated in silicon gate C2MOS technology.
They have the same high speed performance of LSTTL bined with true CMOS low power consumption.
The designer has a choise of select bination of inverting and non-inverting outputs, symmetrical G (active low output control) input, and plementary G and G inputs.
