M54HC7240 Overview
Description
The M54/74HC7240, HC7241 and HC7244 are high speed CMOS OCTAL BUS BUFFERs fabricated in silicon gate C2MOS technology. They have the same high speed performance of LSTTL combined with true CMOS low power consumption.
