M54HCT04 Description
The M54/74HCT04 is a high speed CMOS INVERTER fabricated in silicon gate C2MOS technology. It has the same high speed performance of LSTTL bined with true CMOS low power consumption. The internal circuit is posed of 3 stages including buffered output, which gives high noise immunity and a stable output.
