M74HC85 Description
The M54/74HC85 is a high speed CMOS 4-BIT MAGNITUDE PARATOR fabricated in silicon gate C2MOS technology. It has the same high speed performance of LSTTL bined with true CMOS low power consumption. This parator pares two 4-bit words and provides a high voltage level on one of the A > B out, A = B out and A < B out outputs.
