The 74ACT161 is an advanced high-speed CMOS SYNCRONOUS PRESETTABLE COUNTER fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS tecnology. It is a 4 bit binary counter with Asynchronous Clear.
