The AIS1200DS is a satellite acceleration sensor ro with a single-axis sensing element and an IC interface capable of providing acceleration P information to external applications through a te 225 kbps DSI 2.02 interface. The differential capacitance of the sensor is proportional to the proof mass displacement; thus, by sensing the differential capacitance, the position of the sensor is determined.
