DESCRIPTION
The SuperMESH™ series is obtained through an optimization of STMicroelectronics’ wellestablished strip-based PowerMESH™ layout. In addition to pushing on-resistance significantly lower, it also ensures very good dv/dt capability for the most demanding applications.
