The L6205 is a DMOS Dual Full Bridge designed for motor control applications, realized in MultiPower- BLOCK DIAGRAM PowerDIP20 (16+2+2) PowerSO20 SO20 (16+2+2) ORDERING NUMBERS: L6205N (PowerDIP20) L6205PD (PowerSO20) L6205D (SO20) BCD technology, which combines isolated DMOS Power Transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip.
