L6206Q Overview
The L6206Q device is a DMOS dual full bridge driver designed for motor control applications, developed using BCDmultipower technology, which bines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. Available in a VFQFPN48 7 x 7 package, the L6206Q device.
