L6983 Description
The L6983 is an easy to use synchronous monolithic step-down regulator capable of delivering up to 3 A DC to the load. The wide input voltage range makes the device suitable for a broad range of applications. The L6983 is based on a peak current mode architecture and is packaged in a QFN16 3x3 with internal pensation thus minimizing design plexity and size.
