L9474N Description
The L9474N is a monolithic multifunction generator voltage regulator intended for use in automotive applications. This device regulates the output of an automotive generator by controlling the field winding current by means of a variable frequency PWM high side driver. The setpoint voltage reference is selected by the ENGINE CONTROL UNIT via RVC protocol.
