LD59150 - 1.5A low-dropout linear regulator

General Description

The LD59150 is a 1.5 A LDO regulator, designed to be used in several environments.

Two versions, Industrial and AEC-Q100 are available.

NMOS topology allows RDS(on) of the pass-element to be reduced, which results in a very small dropout voltage even with a very low input supply voltage.
