LEOAC74 Overview
The LEOAC74 is a CMOS Dual D-type positive edge-triggered flip-flop for use in aerospace environments. It operates from 2 V to 6 V power supply (7 V rating). The LEOAC74 can operate over a large temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C and it is housed in plastic TSSOP-20, Thin-Shrink Small Outline Package, 20 leads, using golden bonding and Nickel/Palladium/Golden-lead-finishing to prevent whiskers.
