Description

The LM4040 is a low power and high accuracy shunt voltage reference providing a stable output voltage over the industrial temperature range (-40 to +125 °C), with a maximum temperature coefficient of 70 ppm/°C. It is available in 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5% and 1% initial accuracy versions.
