The LPS001D is an ultra-pact absolute piezoresistive pressure sensor. It includes a monolithic sensing element and an IC interface capable of taking information from the sensing element and providing a digital signal to external applications. 32 This is preliminary information on a new product now in development or undergoing evaluation.
