The LY510ALH is a low-power single-axis micromachined gyroscope capable of measuring angular rate along yaw axis. It provides excellent temperature stability and high resolution over an extended operating temperature range (-40 °C to +85 °C). 12 This is preliminary information on a new product now in development or undergoing evaluation.
