M54HC593 Description
The M54/74HC593 is a high speed CMOS 8 BIT REGISTER COUNTER (3 STATE) fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. It has the same high speed performance of LSTTL bined with true CMOS low power consumption. The M54/74HC593 consists of a parallel input, 8 bit storage register feeding an 8 bit binary counter.
