FEATURES BIDIRECTIONAL CROWBAR PROTECTION. BREAKDOWN VOLTAGE RANGE: From 62 V To 270 V. HOLDING CURRENT: IH = 150 mA min REPETITIVE PEAK PULSE CURRENT : IPP = 100 A, 10/1000 µs.
