DESCRIPTION
This Power MOSFET series realized with STMicroelectronics unique STripFET™ process has specifically been designed to minimize input capacitance and gate charge. It is therefore suitable as primary switch in advanced highefficiency, high-frequency isolated DC-DC converters for Telecom and Computer applications.
