This MOSFET is the latest refinement of STMicroelectronic unique “Single Feature Size™” stripbased process. The resulting transistor shows extremely high packing density for low on-resistance, rugged avalanche characteristics, low gate charge and less critical aligment steps therefore a remarkable manufacturing reproducibility.
