STGIB30CH60TS-E Description
This second series of SLLIMM (small low-loss intelligent molded module) provides a pact, high performance AC motor drive in a simple, rugged design. It bines new ST proprietary control ICs (one LS and one HS driver) with the improved short-circuit rugged trench gate fieldstop IGBT, making it ideal for 3-phase inverters systems such as home appliances and air conditioners.
