General Description

PThe TDA8139 and the TDA8139/D are monolithic tedual positive voltage regulators designed to leprovide a fixed precision output voltage of 5.1 V oand an adjustable voltage between 2.8 and 16 V sfor currents up to 750 mA.

bAn internal reset circuit generates a reset pulse - Owhen the voltage of OUTPUT1 drops below the )regulated voltage value.
