VN5E016AFH-E Overview
The VN5E016AFH-E is a single channel high-side driver manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower™ M0-5 technology and housed in HPak package. The device is designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads, and delivering protection and diagnostics. It also implements 3 V and 5 V CMOS patible interface for use with any microcontroller.
