The VND600P-E is a double chip device designed in STMicroelectronics™ VIPower™ M0-3 technology.

The device is intended for driving any type of load with one side connected to ground.

The active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table).

Type VND600P-E RDS(on) 35 mΩ IOUT 25 A (1) VCC 36 V 1. Per channel with all the output pins connected to the PCB.
