  • Output ON/OFF control terminal is compatible with LS-TTL. (It may be directly driven by LS-TTL or standard CMOS logic. ).
  • Built-in foldback overcurrent, overvoltage, thermal protection circuits.
  • Variable output voltage type (SI-3025F).
