Sanken DENS-1156S
The DENS-1156S is a 600 V, 15 A, fast recovery TO220-2L diode. The maximum VF of 1.3 V and the maximum trr (3) of 50 ns (IF : IRP = 1 : 2) are realized by optimizing the trade-off relationship between VF and trr.
