GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SI-8000S, SS series is a chopper type switching regulator IC which is provided with various functions required for the buck switching regulator and protection functions. By using four external components, a highly efficient switching regulator can be composed. Products of this series are screened from those of the SI-8000S series for the output voltage.● 1-1
