For Non-Isolated Off-Line PWM Controllers with Integrated Power MOSFET STR5A45xD Series Data Sheet Description The STR5A45xD Series is power ICs for switching power supplies, incorporating a MOSFET and a current mode PWM controller IC for non-isolated Buck converter and Inverting converter topologies. The operation mode is automatically changed, in response to load, to the fixed switching frequency, to the switching frequency control, and to the burst oscillation mode. Thus the power efficiency is improved. The product achieves high cost-performance power supply systems with few external components. Features ● Pb-free (RoHS Compliant) ● Buck Converter ● Inverting Converter ● Current Mode PWM Control ● Automatically Switch the Operation Mode According to the Load Heavy Load: 60 kHz (typ.
