Overview
The LC877448A, LC877440A, LC877432A and LC877424A are 8 bit single chip microcontrollers with the following on-chip functional blocks:
- CPU: operable at a minimum bus cycle time of 100ns
- On-chip ROM Maximum Capacity: LC877448A 48K bytes LC877440A 40K bytes LC877432A 32K bytes LC877424A 24K bytes
- On-chip RAM capacity: 1536 bytes
- LCD controller / driver
- 16 bit timer / counter (can be divided into 8 bit timers)
- 16 bit timer (can be divided into 8 bit timers, 8 bit timer can be PWM)
- Four 8 bit timer with prescalers
- Timer for use as date / time clock
- Synchronous serial I/O port (with automatic block transmit / receive function)
- Asynchronous / synchronous serial I/O port
- 15 channel × 8 bit AD converter
- Small signal detector
- High-speed clock counter
- System clock divider
- 20 source 10 vectored interrupt system
