5486 LC66E2316 Four-Bit Single-Chip Microcontroller with 16 KB of On-Chip EPROM Preliminary Overview The LC66E2316 is an on-chip EPROM version of the LC6623XX Series CMOS 4-bit single-chip microcontrollers.

The LC66E2316 provides the same functions as the LC662316A, and is pin compatible with that product.
