LE25FW418A Description
There are three kinds of erase functions, Small Sector (4K bytes) erase, Sector (64K bytes) erase and Chip erase. Page program can program the arbitrary data from 1 byte to 256 byte. Program time is high speed, 1.5ms (Typ.).
