  • High side switch: Voltage difference between input and output is 0.5V, IOmax is 500mA.

This IC has 5 systems of voltage regulator pre-driver for P-FET which generates USB power and a high side switch for external devices. The following protection circuits are integrated: over current protector, overvoltage protector and Thermal Shut Down. This IC is suitable for use in car audio with USB port.
