Ordering number : ENN7825 LC87F74C8A Overview CMOS IC FROM 128K-byte, RAM 4096-byte on chip 8-bit 1-chip Microcontroller The LC87F74C8A is an 8-bit single chip microcontroller with the following on-chip functional blocks : • CPU : operable at a minimum bus cycle time of 100ns • 128K-bytes flash ROM (on-board rewritable) • On-chip RAM : 4096-bytes • LCD controller/driver • Two high performance 16-bit timer/counters (can be divided into 8-bit units) • 16-bit timer/PWM (can be divided into two 8-bit timers) • Four 8-bit timer with prescalers • Timer for use as date/time clock • Synchronous serial I/O port (with automatic block transmit/receive function) • Asynchronous/synchronous serial I/O port • 15-channel × 8-bit AD converter • High-speed clock counter • System clock divider • Small signal detector • 20-source 10-vectored interrupt system All of the above functions are fabricated on a single chip.
