SSC1118 1A Positive Low Dropout Elektronische Bauelemente RoHS Compliant Product Fixed-Mode Regulator With EN Function Description The SSC1118 is a low dropout positive fixed-mode regulator with min. of 1A output current capability. The product is specifically designed to provide well-regulated supply for low voltage IC applications such as highspeed bus termination and low current 3.3V logic supply.SSC1118 is also well suited for other applications such as VGA cards. The product is guaranteed to have < 1.4V dropout at full load current making it ideal to provide well regulated outputs 1.5V to 12V with up to 18V input supply. The product offers a TTL-Logic compatible enable pin. Features * 1.4V Max. Dropout Voltage At Full Load Current * Enable Function * Fixed Output Voltage 1.5V,1.
