Description

The SE5509B series of fixed output low dropout linear regulators are designed for portable battery powered applications, which require low power consumption, low noise environment, and low dropout voltage.

Ultra-Low Ground Current at 35μA (Typ. ) Disable Current Less than 0.01μA (Typ. ) Over Current and thermal Protection. No Reverse Current. ESD rating is 2.5KV(HBM). Standard SOT-23-5L and TSOP-5 Package. 100% Lead (Pb)-Free.
