BATTERY PROTECTION IC WITH CELL-BALANCE FUNCTION S-8209B Series The S-8209B Series is a protection IC for lithium-ion / lithium polymer rechargeable batteries and includes a high-accuracy voltage detection circuit and a delay circuit.
