S-8367/8368 Series www.sii-ic.com © Seiko Instruments Inc., 2013-2014 STEP-UP 1.2 MHz PWM CONTROL CURRENT LIMIT SWITCHING REGULATOR CONTROLLER Rev.1.1_01 The S-8367/8368 Series is a CMOS step-up type switching regulator controller which consists of a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, an error amplifier, a phase compensation circuit, a current limit circuit, a short-circuit protection circuit, and a PWM control circuit etc. With an external low ON-resistance enhanced Nch power MOS FET, this product is ideal for applications requiring high efficiency and a high output current. In addition, the output current is limited by connecting the current detection resistance (RSENSE) to the VSENSE pin.
