The STF201 is a bination EMI filter and line termiu Bidirectional EMI/RFI filtering and line termination nation device with integrated TVS diodes for use on with integrated ESD protection downstream USB ports. It is constructed using a u ESD protection for USB power (VBUS) and data lines proprietary technology that allows passive ponents (D+ & D-) to IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 and TVS diodes to be integrated in the same package. u Filtering and termination for two USB data lines Each device will provide termination, filtering, and ESD u Different series resistors for impedance matching protection for one downstream USB port. The STF201 u Low TVS operating voltage (5.25V) is an easily implemented solution for meeting the u Low leakage current requirements of revision 1.1 of the Universal Serial Bus u Low capacitance specification. u Solid-state technology USB line termination is achieved with series 22W or 30W resistors on both the D+ and D- USB lines. These resistors preserve signal integrity by matching the cable Mechanical Characteristics impedance to that of the differential driver. The 15k W u EIAJ SOT23-6L package pull-down resistors plete the termination circuit on u Molding pound flammability rating: UL 94V-0 each line. They are required by the USB specification u Marking : Marking Code to identify the line as a downstream connection.
