TS32101
Overview
The TS32101 is a DC/DC synchronous switching Boost Converter with fully integrated power switches, internal PWM current mode compensation, and full fault protection. The switching frequency of 2 MHz was chosen to enable the use of small external components for portable applications.
- Output up to 1.5A at 5.0V with 1.8V input
- Wide input voltage range: 1.75V - 5.5V

- Robust operation during hot-load disconnect and hot- load disable
