The SD70x module integrates a high performance sensor element and a mixed signal ASIC within a 40 pins QFN plastic package. The SD705 and SD707 are sensitive to in plane angular velocities (parallel to the PCB, X-axis), while the SD706 and SD708 are sensitive to out of plane angular velocities (perpendicular to the PCB, Z-axis).
