DISSIPATION FACTOR SHALL BE WITHIN THE NORMAL SPECIFIED LIMITS. 3. DC LEAKAGE CURRENT SHALL BE WITHIN 125% OF NORMAL LIMIT. 4. NO REMARKABLE CHANGE IN APPEARANCE. MARKINGS TO REMAIN LEGIBLE.
