LU6000F1 Overview
The LU6000F0/F1 are single-chip 16-bit microputers, flash memory versions of SM6000 series. LU6000F0 is packaged in 100-pin QFP and LU6000F1 in 100-pin LQFP (0.5 mm pin-pitch). , The LU6000F0/F1 s internal flash memory is user programmable.
