- This module is a color active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film Transistor). It is composed of a color TFT-LCD panel, driver ICs, control circuit (PWB), FPC, front and back polarizer, sealed case, backlight unit, Touch Panel.
