SiT1625 is Low Jitter and Low Power Oscillator manufactured by SiTime.

- 44 fixed frequencies between 4 MHz and 125 MHz
- Supply voltage of 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V and 3.3 V

- 1 µA standby current
- 450 fs RMS phase jitter
